If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us. We are here to make life easier for you, whether that means scheduling vaccinations, arranging same-day medication deliveries, compounding medications, compliance packaging, prescription questions, or anything else.
When will my medications be delivered?
We offer prescription delivery for $3 per delivery in the North Little Rock/Sherwood area. If your prescription is called in and ready by 2pm, delivery should be the same day. You can write a check or pay the delivery man with cash. You can also call-in a credit/debit card and pay by phone.
Please note, we are not allowed to leave packages in the mailbox. If you are not going to be home, please arrange a safe and secure location to leave your package. We ask that if your delivery includes a controlled substance, someone is home to receive the package and sign for it.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to you?
Transfers are easy! You can call or come by the pharmacy to get started. We will need the following information:
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Drug allergies
- A complete list of medications with prescribing physician
- Name and phone number of previous pharmacy
We will do the rest! Please know that transfers from the big box stores may take a while. You can also jumpstart the process using this HIPAA-approved link. If you need anything immediately, let us know.
Do you offer medication compounding?
We do offer limited compounding. Please call or come by to speak with us about your specific needs.
What insurance(s) do you take?
We accept most major insurance carriers. Some plans require you to use a big box store. Your benefits office can tell you if you are required to use the big box store or mail order. Please understand, that while we accept the insurance, we may not be a preferred pharmacy. You may pay a little different copay at our store, but you will love the service and attention!
COVID-19 testing on your time.
You are busy; we get that. When you need testing, the last thing you want to do is get the run-around. We offer our testing services online: you fill out paperwork, schedule, and pay online to make things as easy and contact-free as possible. When you arrive, we will come right out to your car.
